Charles Arthur Berg / Biography

Charles Berg has been in the entertainment industry for the past 15 years. He has come up through the ranks. He has produced over 35 full length features The first film he ever shot was for $20,000 on 35mm, an the insight he obtained from the experience was invaluable. Since Charles came through the ranks he realizes what can and can't be done.He has practical on-set knowledge. He has a very realistic approach to film making. He has also done some in front of the camera work. He did 5 days as a day player on Universals Ed TV,directed by Ron Howard.He has also has recently produced and self funded "Dark World," a low budget thriller staring Michael Pare, Theresa Russell, James Russo and Steven Bauer. To the surprise of many Charles was not only the on set day to day producer for the film but he also he took one of the main supporting roles in the film. He played the role of a cop named Bob Michael Pare's not so stable partner.Charles also has a several projects in development. He is set to direct his first feature film in 2008, "Children of a Darker God." Other projects in development are "Out of the Ashes", "Raising Baby," "Quest for Vengeance" and "Street Talk." He is currently turning his attention to writing. He appears to have the insight to become a quality writer. Charles has a strong reputation for getting things done no matter what obstacles are presented in front of him. His work ethic is superb. Above all else he is one of the few that does what he says.
