Born in Fresno, California to Sally and Rafael Poulson, Keith quickly took a liking to the art of acting. After studying acting in school he began working in local plays. Poulson took the leads in many of the plays in the Phoenix area, where he moved at the age of 5. He was the star in a stage production of "Nightmare on Elm Street" and played a convincing Ricky Ricardo in "Lucy: the girl that had some 'splaining to do". After a long bout with prescription muscle relaxers Keith checked himself into a drug rehabilitation center in 1999. After 3 months in the center, Keith turned his life around and is now very big in charities and the Muslim community.
