Mike is a graduate of Brown University. He loves chess and basketball. He was born and raised in Princeton, New Jersey, but has been living in Brooklyn for more than a decade. (1997-present) Lost a great deal of weight to portray the teenaged Coop in the film Wet Hot American summer. Parents are English Showalter and Elaine Showalter. English being a retired French professor at Rutgers and Elaine being a retired English professor from Princeton known for critical theory in Feminism. Has one sister, Victoria. Has a cat named Lester.
