TG was born Troy Douglas Boleyn in Oelwein, Iowa, on February 16th, 1979. He grew up in with a rough family life between divorced parents. He escaped the turmoil of his family at 15 by running away to set out on his own. He got involved with acting at age 16 through Jeremy Kisling and a community project that promoted awareness and prevention of child abuse and domestic violence, called the "47 Seconds" Drama Troupe. He soon became involved in other community troupes, and attended high school drama classes as well. Through these troupes, he became very open about his experiences, and his passion to help others escape troubled lifestyles. After a stint with the US Army at age 18, he returned to Iowa, where the "47 Seconds" troupe had invited him to join once more to act, this time in Poland, as part of a collaboration with Teatr Wybrzeze in Gdansk. From 1998 to 2001 he returned to Poland twice a year for months at a time, while holding various jobs in the US ranging from medical asst. to fast food supervisor. Between his trips to Poland, TG also moved around in the US. He has lived in KC, Chicago, and New York City.In 2001, just after Sept. 11, he rejoined the military, this time becoming a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy. While in the Navy, he received various awards and merits, and trained with the Fleet Marine Force in preparation of the Iraq war. After leaving the Navy, TG moved to Wilmington, North Carolina. In 2004, TG was invited to work in production on two films by his friend, Mandy Brown, a fellow actor. The first was 'Loggerheads' by Tim Kirkman, the second was 'Southern Belles', which starred Anna Faris. This marked the beginning of his film career. He soon co-wrote and starred in an independent short called 'Disposition', which was directed by Ben Snyder.Later that year, after two years away, he once-more returned to Poland. Initially, his plan was to study massage therapy and spend time with old friends. After giving up on massage, he decided to pursue teaching and worked several jobs as an ESL teacher and medical tutor. After a year of living in Poland without a Visa, he decided it was a good time to return to the US, and set off to Warsaw. While in Warsaw, making preparations to return home, he was offered a meeting with an acting agency, and within two weeks had his first film job in Poland, working as a dialog coach ('Summer Love', featuring Val Kilmer). Shortly after, another offer came his way. In this second job he made his feature acting debut ('Thr3e', directed by Robby Henson). Using the money earned from both of these jobs, he began to invest in his home recording studio. In 2006, Black Moon Records was born, which housed many of his projects with DJ Mac Zackke. These projects include Freak Show, SpiritHouse 13 and Mustardtongue. They can all be found on Myspace. He spent most of 2006 and 2007 primarily working on music. So far, TG has had the opportunity and experience of lending dialog services to the following Polish actors: Bogaslaw Linda, Jerzy Rogalski, Katarzyna Figura, Agnieszka Grochowska, Radek Pazura (Ranczo, film), and Ilona Olszewska (Ranczo, film). He continues to reside in Warsaw, citing that he'll return to the US when his progress stops. His plan after returning to the US is to return to Iowa to study Police Science and become a police officer like his oldest brother, Tommie L. Boleyn (a Tennessee State Trooper), though music and film will continue to be his secondary career.
