Bull on the dating we just started working with the company he owns. Someone from my office tried to fix him up and he said no. According to his PA always says no because he doesn't like the LA girls or hanging in the scene. She says he is a homebody or hangs with his close buds. So who knows what the deal is?

Met him at the Waltzing Anna premier and after party in NYC. What a hunk. Lots of girls, model/actress types trying to move in on him but he was like teflon, good at deflecting them. He just kept to his group but was friendly to everyone. I can 100% see the attraction...that's why I googled him right away. Any news on if he's with anyone?

Another DaSilvano sighting...Tom was having lunch with Danny Aiello and two other people today. Philip Seymour Hoffman and Donna Karan both stopped by their table for a chat. He was wearing Etro shirt..Rock and Republic jeans and some kind of alligator loafers....very hot indeed Mr. van Dell.

Too funny this site! Asked the waiter at Da Silvano who that guy was and here he is now! The magic of Google....yeah. The guy rolled into Da Silvano in a MB G truck a few nights back with either a body guard or friend. Looked like they were having too much fun and all the waiters came over to their table to talk about world cup football. Never seen peeps laugh so much, so I asked who the guys were and the waiter told me. Interesting....more research ahead for me, he,he.

A Jason Binn of Niche Media fame friend, he attends many of the Gotham Magazine functions in the city. Saw him at both the Shaun King (Larry King's wife) function and the function for the Giuliani's. Was sitting at Larry's table talking to James Lipton, Bruce Roberts and Larry King. Appears to be easy going.

Watched him on television with Danny Aiello for the press conference for Brooklyn Lobster. Looks like a nice film. A friend of mine was having lunch with her family at the same restaurant where the press conference was held and said he was extremely nice to everyone and talked to all the people that visited his table.

Watched a piece on the Fox news that had Tom on it. Looks like Joe Gentile (Raging Bull star Cathy Moriarty's husband)is building a major studio named Utopia in CT and Tom will produce films there and be involved in various ways with the development. Given the earlier CT question from Heather, could be the same Tom van Dell. Jeff

Tom also produced MAIL ORDER BRIDE starring Danny Aiello, Vinnie Pastore, Robert Capelli Jr., and Artie Lange. They shot part of the film in Moscow. Not on the bio here......... J
