Having played Alcaeus (High Priest) alongside Oliver Reed in Orpheus & Eurydice (2000), this was closely followed by Bowles in one of his much-loved classical roles as Kimon, one of the key Philosopher's opposite Roy Dotrice and Brian Blessed, in Paul Pissanos' Greek epic 'Olympiad' dramatizing the historical ancient Olympic Games.
