Robert E. Wood was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is an artist and has painted full time since 1989, and his career follows over 60 years of professional art in his family. His lineage includes grandfather Robert E. Wood and his father was the famed artist Karl E. Wood. Robert is adept at portraying a wide variety of subject matter and his paintings sing with color, always depicting scenes he is inspired by dramatically. Also a Writer and Producer, his book, "Space: 1999 -- The Future Is Fantastic!" was published in 2001. Robert has worked with British/Canadian actor Barry Morse on a number of projects, including as Associate Producer on Merely Players (2000) (TV) and several live stage presentations of this show in varied cities throughout the USA and Canada, as well as with Barry Morse and Barbara Bain on the hit play "Love Letters." Robert is also working with Barry Morse and writing partner Anthony Wynn on the autobiography of Barry Morse, tentatively entitled "Pulling Faces, Making Noises: A Life on Stage and Screen."
