John Bregar / Biography

Studies with a variety of coaches including Dean Armstrong (Toronto) and Jock Macdonald (Carter Thor Studios - L.A. / New York)
His first two auditions were for "Queer as Folk" (2000).
He made his professional acting debut starring in the music video "Father" by the Knights of the Realm and the short film Todd and the Book of Pure Evil (2003) for the Canadian Film Center.
First began his acting career at the age of 11 in his elementary school production of "Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamboat."
While his first two auditions were for "Queer as Folk" (2000) and he portrayed a gay teenager on "Degrassi: The Next Generation" (2001), John identifies as straight in real life.
