His childhood was spent in several states in response to his father's various military postings. Gymnastics took his interest from the age of eight and filled a considerable part of his youth. Scott joined the Australian Army at seventeen and served as a paratrooper in an infantry battalion. While he was in the army, Scott had his first taste of the entertainment industry when he performed part time in 'Frankenstein's Theatre Restaurant'.After leaving the army Scott became a performer at 'Pioneer World' theme Park. He began recreation springboard and platform diving, going on to receive numerous state awards as well as representing Western Australia at the Men's Open 'National Diving Championships' in Brisbane 1993. Scott then joined The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts where he studied classical and modern dance, leading him to his performance in 'Grease' the musical and the lead role of 'Doc Porter' in the theatre adaptation of 'Crimes of the Heart'. Scott auditioned for the 'Gladiators' and was accepted out of thousands of applicants. He went on to become the Series 2 Semi-Finalist Runner-up.Simultaneously, Scott became an accredited stunt-performer and has since worked on productions such as 'Happy Days-The Arena Mega Musical', Beastmaster, Water Rats, Roar, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and The Matrix (1999). He has also performed as Action Man and Dr X in the world's first Action Man Show at Australia's Wonderland and appeared on Good Morning Australia.Scotts has also modelled for Calvin Klein, Ferrari, Shell Australia and Nokia.
