Christopher Roebuck was born in 1986. He has lived in Gedling, Nottingham in England, all his life. When he was 11, he joined Carlton Childrens television workshop, and starred as Fergus in the programme, "Bernard's Watch" (1998). He attended Haddon primary school 1991-1998, and The Gedling school, from 1998-2003. His most famous work so far, has been The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby (2001) (TV), where he played Master Squeers, alongside Pam Ferris.
