Zack Jerome was born in New York City and raised in the small town of Demarest, New Jersey. He later moved to Dallas, Texas, before finally moving to California in 7th grade.Zack attended the University of Southern California (USC) School of Cinema-Television where he earned a B.F.A. in Writing for Screen and Television.He has written three independent films, two for director Justin Krook with whom he formed Dark Park Productions (The Human Experiment, Echoboom).Zack also plays guitar for Fight From Above, an indie rock band formed with Dave Schechtman (a longtime friend), Justin Krook and Justin Miner (Jonah from Echoboom). Fight From Above scored a good portion of Echoboom.Jerome currently lives in Toluca Lake, California.
