The native Southern boy, Christopher Maxwell was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1982. The son of an environmental engineer and a teacher, he was raised with twin brother and Actor, Joshua DesRoches. Soon after birth the two were shipped off to live overseas for eight years, only to return to the States in 1990. He started his acting career in 1995 doing mostly theatre, and started working professionally in the Film business during his run at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. With guest spots on Dawson's Creek and CBS's Listen Up, Christopher quickly moved up to doing independent films, Starring in Cinequest Film Festival's The Last Known Documentary (2004). After graduating from College in 2004, Maxwell moved to Hollywood, setting up house with twin Brother Joshua. The two are currently working together on David Fincher's new romance "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett.
