Troy McCall was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota in 1979. After graduation he studied architecture. After attending a panel at the 2001 Hollywood Film Festival, he decided to pursue his life-long interest in film. There met Tom Tangen an Independent film Actor who invited McCall to the 2002 Sundance Film Festival to help with Presswork for Elusive Entertainment. McCall currently studies film at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
