Pascual was born in Madison, Wisconsin, but was raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is the oldest of two brothers.He relocated to Los Angeles, CA in the spring of 2000 with the goal of playing music. Soon he began building a reputation for his bass playing and songwriting abilities.One of the bands he was part of, known as Kriya was led by singer TL Forsberg. TL was known as an actress in Canada for years prior to Kriya, as well as a reputable costumer for film and television. Within a week of meeting Forsberg, Pascual was asked to audition alongside her for an Arrowhead bottled water commercial. They did not get the part, but the audition sparked a professional relationship between the two. Pascual worked with TL as a consultant and assistant for a number of costume jobs for TV. Early in 2006 she asked Pascual for some help in picking clothes out and refining the look for her show "Super Group" on VH1. He obliged, and found that he had a knack for production work. Months later, he was given a break by friend and producer Maureen Gibson when she asked that he edit a documentary for her (NSHA World's Richest Stock Horse"). As his momentum built over the year, he found himself offered work through close friend and writer Christopher Hollier (Alias) on the show "Heroes". Soon after, Christopher's wife, Jenny Malik offered him work for the rest of the second season of "What About Brian".
