James DeBello was raised just outside of Phillidelphia, Pennsylvania. He moved out to Los Angelas at the age of sixteen and soon after he was discovered by an agent. In 1997 he guest-starred on an episode of ER. His first big role was in Detroit Rock City (1999) when he played the character Trip. He was featured in two miniseries also. Another big film he acted in was Cabin Fever (2002) in which he played the character Bert. According to himself and his friends he usually plays characters that are similar to his own personality.
