Currently best known for his voice work as Batô in the English-language dubs of Kôkaku kidôtai (1995) and "Kôkaku kidôtai: Stand Alone Complex" (2002), as well as the video-game versions of the English-language dubbed Ghost in the Shell series. Is one of the only English-speaking voice actors and to voice the same character of all of the Xenosaga video game series. Richard was the only voice actor to provide the English voice of Ziggy in the series.
