Works out at the gym 5 times a week. Also enjoys rollerblading, football, basketball, boxing and is very advanced in many martial arts.
Won the 1989 Mr. Montreal bodybuilding contest.
Has worked with musicians such as the Rolling Stones, Madonna, Backstreet Boys, N'Sync, Céline Dion , David Bowie, Erykah Badu and many more.
Enjoys doing comedy although romance and action are top on his list as well.
His first TV appearance was in the hit series E.R. in the final episode of its 9th season.
