Named to "Baseball Digest" magazine's 1992 Rookie All-Star Team.
First baseman with the National League's Los Angeles Dodgers (1991-2002), and Chicago Cubs (2003); and the American League's Oakland Athletics (2004).
Made major league debut on 1 September 1991.
Drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 6th round of the 1988 amateur draft.
