Tim Kelsey was born in Freehold, one of seven children. He worked with his siblings at their father's local coffee shop. His life was a good one, he's had support from his family and has always live close to them. Years later in 1998, he discovered a new hobby, acting. His first play was in Red Bank, New Jersey and was an adapted version of "Ten Little Indians". A break from plays followed, as he kept busy being a lawyer. In 2001, he joined Center Players Playhouse and starred in the comical play, "Laughter on the 23rd Floor". A year later, in 2002, he starred again with Center Players in "Play On!". That year, Timothy made his screen debut in the independent-acclaimed "Never Among Friends". In 2003, he starred in an off-Broadway presentation of "It Had To Be You". That same year he starred in the play "Men Are Dogs". In 2004, he starred opposite former soap-star Dina Marino in "Barefoot in the Park".
