Danny is a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the Actors Equity Association (AEA) as "Danny Lee", Member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) as "Danny K. Lee".Born "Gee Kit-Keung" on November 19, 1973 in Kowloon, Hong Kong S.A.R., to a chef and his wife, a garment factory worker, Danny was one of 8 children.Danny immigrated to New York City, USA at the age of 4, and lived in Chinatown of Manhattan, New York most of his life. In his early schooling, Danny acted in many school plays, mostly Catholic themed as he attended the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic school in Greenwich Village.Acting was something he enjoyed as a child, with heavy influences from the Benny Hill Show, Doctor Who, and the Chinese comic books "Low Foo Ji".In his mid-late teens, along with the usual routine of school and part time jobs, Danny extended his acting hobby by creating several Cable Access Television shows, one of which totaled 42 episodes. Danny would spend his afternoons at the movies, watching every new release that came out at the Cineplex Odeon theater in the Newport Mall, NJ. He spent his evenings working as a clerk at a small Wall Street firm named Voorhees.Danny worked many different types of jobs after that, and he eventually found his way into professional show biz in 1997.Danny now lives in the SoFI (South Fifith Ave) neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan and is one of New York's very own "working actors". His professional acting work includes Commercials, Film, and Television.
