Mike Markoff / Biography

Mike started on stage touring all around Illinois and the Midwest with Reality Theatre Troupe. He landed his first film role when he was 16... playing Tim Fisher in the Psychological Thriller, The Rockville Slayer . Through High School, Mike consistently acted in independent films and shorts including: Real Funny, Heathers, and You're Breaking up... all in the Chicago land area.In the fall of 2004, Mike filmed a small featured part as a drunk Jock in Patrick Read Johnson's 5-25-77, starring Christopher Lloyd and John Francis Daley from Freaks and Geeks.Mike usually plays the stereotypical Jock or your favorite dying guy in Indie Horror films. Currently he is getting his B.F.A in acting at Univeristy of Illinois, while shooting in several independent films (and one Major Motion picture film under contract with big names attached.)
