Professional acting debut was at 8 years old, when he was cast as the 'Tin Man' in a theatrical production of "The Wizard of Oz." The Texas-born actor was known for his hilarious practical jokes while growing up. Played on National Junior Olympic (AAU) basketball teams in high school.
