Daniel Newman was born in Atlanta, Georgia and briefly studied at Yale University. He moved to NYC and was a struggling musician for awhile before being scouted by Legendary Photographer Bruce Weber. This chance encounter led to Daniel modeling for almost all of the top designers including Calvin Klein, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Tommy Hilfiger as well as appearing on the covers of and in editorials of numerous magazines worldwide. Daniel also began working on several television series and films, as well as writing several scripts. Currently Daniel is Producing a rock album with Legendary Producer Tony Shimkin. Daniel's band is called The Vanderbilts.
