I am a male fan of Tom Selleck. No I'm not gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

There are a lot of male fans of Tom, but I think many are afraid to admit they like a guy who is so handsome. Well, I'm almost as handsome, so I don't feel threatened by Tom's looks lol.

My point here is actually very serious, and I hope that some day this finds Tom, and that he realizes the work he is doing for the cause of a "good and honest society".

People listen to what Tom has to say, and to me his message is "Wake up people and start treating each other better, before it's too late". Think I'm crazy, I bet Tom doesn't. He knows exactly what I'm talking about.

Tom Selleck is commonly considered to be like Carey Grant, or Gary Cooper. A throw back actor, who embodied the values of truth, honour, and integrity. I agree that as far as his persona related to the film industry goes, he was out of his era, and then it dawned on me.

He's out of his era in society too, and so am I, but....

Tom is AHEAD of his time right now with the ABSOLUTE need to highlight the moray decay of our society.

Sounds like big stuff...it is, and Tom has either consciously or unconsciouly become my role model for a movement that I believe will be - and must be - on the lips of all for the next few decades, or until our society is under control.

When a guy as good as Tom Selleck is considered "not the norm"....or "out of place"...it scares me.

To me he is the image of leadership. The goal a young boy sets himself to achieve. He is as good as gold. If you follow Tom's lead, you're going to make it just fine.

Too bad the media, and the very society Tom would like to help, would probably crush him like a bug if he entered politics. He would make a great President.

Then again if the media crushed a guy "so good" it may highlight the disaterous ability of a biased media to crush almost anyone, another major flaw in our society, maybe more of us would realize that we can't trust the media either.

Tom has had the number one TV Series of the year, the number one Feature Film of the year, and the number one TV Movie.

All this, but his most important contribution in this life, to me, is the message he is sending us that society is in deep trouble.

His success in film has given him the exposure, and he is making the best of it by constantly telling us of the importants of honesty, and integrity.

Just knowing that there are people out ther like Tom Selleck gives me the strength to hold on to my beliefs and values. And to the hope that we will one day return to a society where a person can shake on a deal without any doubt that the other person would honor their word.

Don't change Tom. You are ahead of your time now, and the leader of a moral movement that is way overdue, and essential to our survival.

What you are doing to help kids see that you can be GOOD in this world, and still find success, is way more important than any acting job you've ever had. The kids need you to keep saying what your saying. I thank you because to me there is no more important issue than how we treat each other.
