Heidemarie Schnitzer, David Caruso's stalker who sent death threats to him and his family, has been sentenced to 7 months, then to be transferred to a psychiatric treatment center.
She posted here often, under the names of Vixen, Anonymous, and many, many more. All of her posts were derogatory toward Caruso; many were outright lies or rumors started and then spread by her. All of the polls shown above were started by her, also, along with some of the misinformation shown under Quick Info.

Heidemarie Schnitzer, David Caruso's longtime stalker and sender of death threats, has been detained in Mexico, awaiting deportation to Austria to face charges on the above, plus fleeing 2 court hearings.
Heidemarie previously posted here often, usually as Vixen or anonymous. Most of the derogatory polls and news reports are her work.

Since the International Warrant was issued for Heidimarie Schnitzer, David Caruso's stalker, an allout alert is in effect for Tijuana and Baja areas, as well as border patrol. Mexican authorities expect an arrest soon.

UPDATE: On Oct. 28, 2008 Austrian Judge Guenther Boehler issued an international warrant for Heidemarie Schnitzer's arrest. Schnitzer, who remains at large hiding out in Mexico's Baja region, can now be detained by any country in the world. Concerns are growing that Schnitzer may attempt to breach the US/Mexico border and travel to the Los Angeles area to carry out her threats against Caruso and his family.

Is there anyone reading those last 2 posts who doesn't recognize Heidi's writing style or her use of someone else's name?
Meagan, if you're not a regular on these fansites, be aware the person posting NOW as Samantha (or vixen, or hundreds of other names) is a fugitive, David Caruso stalker, hiding from the law in Tijuana, declared "profoundly disturbed", with a warrant on her head for skipping the country, Austria, twice to avoid pre-trial hearings. She has sent death threats to Caruso and his family, hundreds of letters to him, and maintained a 2 year hate war against him on the internet. Avoid her and don't respond.

AHEM, Meagan YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FICTIONAL CHARACTER and real life person, dont you? I highly doubt that DAVID CARUSO ACTUALLY KNOWS how to put a person to jail.
