i happenend to see this actor in " the haunting " and thought he stood out from others. ( it takes a lot to impress me )- he has a freash look that is hard to find. i really hope to see him in other tv shows.

I met Johnny Alonso in Wilmington North Carolina. We were on vacation and decided to go to Writtesville Beach for the day. I went into an ice cream shop and saw this guy in line buying a shake. He asked for the vanilla shake to be malted, but the girl behind the counter seemed to be a little out of it,distracted. He turned to me in line and asked me how the waves looked today. I said that I didnt know we just got here. He just smiled and said "cool". He paid for his shake and headed out the door. The girl behind the counter then said to me "do you know who that was? that was johnny alonso, the actor from one tree hill. Joey D. We just saw him on tv last night!" They shoot One Tree Hill in Wilmington. It makes sense that the actors would venture out around town. And for the locals to tune in hoping to see themselves on the tube. From the start he just looked like an actor. Something about his quiet attitude - really sexy. I ran out to talk to him. I asked for his autograph, but he said he "Feels uncomfortable giving out autographs. Thats what celebrities do - that i am not! But how about a picture?" So i dragged him onto the beach with my family and best friend and we took a picture! Hes a really nice guy.
