Asian American Beauty - A Discourse on Body Image (Trailer)
Trailer for upcoming event discussing Asian American body image, beauty standards, eating disorders, and unspoken pressures to be thin in both American and Asian cultures. An otherwise taboo subject to talk about among specifically Asian Americans, students at Columbia University are now tired of keeping mum about the issue and are speaking out.

Entrenched between skyscrapers walls and dazzling lights, Jessica "Jun Yu" Hoang navigates the city streets, searching for her past and her future in New York City. Can she find here home here amidst this sea of honking cars and rude people or will she always yearn for her youth in Singapore?

Director's note: This is my first attempt at a narrative. Although I'm relatively happy with the visuals, the script needs more work (my fault).
