The first time Stacey spots Fred at a party in Valley Girl
Fred is out looking for chics which the girls in the Valley isn't what they are all about except for Julie who seemed interested in both which she wants to go for it and Stacey leaves her high and dry for Randy to pursue her which Fred is looking for Stacey.
Mostly here Randy is interested in getting together with Julie while her best friend Stacey is telling Fred he's so weird. Julie and Randy are having a good time and Stacey mentions to Julie she has to go home now.
This happens to be my favorite scene in Valley Girl where Randy and Julie are in the car making out and Stacey (who was personally my favorite Valley Girl) shows no interest towards Fred. She is so embarassed by his advances that she allows him to kiss her and she doesn't resist.
