Sir Roger Moore was given a blue plaque
Sir Roger Moore was given with a blue plaque at Elstree Studios on the 31st of October 2006.
Roger was honoured by the Borhamwood Town Council, in association with the British film Institute at Elstree film and television studios. You can watch the film here. It is not in the best quality due to the limitations of the camera used but I am sure you will still enjoy Roger's speech.
There is also a message I obtained from his co star of The Persuaders Tony Curtis which I had the pleasure of playing to Roger and all the invited guests.

Sir Roger Moore at The National Movie Awards 2007
Casino Royale and the James Bond franchise scooped two awards at last night's inaugural National Movie Awards at London's Royal Festival Hall
Casino Royale, the latest Bond adventure - starring Daniel Craig - won best action and adventure movie, beating the likes of Die Hard 4.0 and Transformers.
The James Bond franchise also won the special recognition award at the event.
The movie's producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson accepted the honour.
"It's great to be voted for by the public," Wilson said.
