	Why is California so broke that it wants gambling money? Why is California so broke that is now turning to our American tribes for increased revenue? California was once considered the 7th economy in the world, and so why the nearly 15 billion dollar deficit? The following are topics that I will expand on in the near future. 1. We can no longer afford the public entitlement programs as designed. The poor are worse off after trillions of dollars while the bureaucracy is unaffordable. The system has failed to truly empower the poor to become self reliant and productive. 2. The trucker sandwiched between the section 8 tenants and the criminal welfare lady. 3. The impregnator of three high school girls. The public paid for the pregnancy related costs. The impregnator refused to work in order to avoid paying child support. His parents covered his back. 4. The little thief that is in and out of jail but manages to get his wife pregnant again and again at public expense. He wants to secure his "woman" via a pregnancy while he is away in jail. 5. California is releasing thousands of inmates in order to reduce costs and meet its annual budget. If such inmates have kids to support, the state has not and cannot develop a program to mandate that such individuals pay for all new pregnancies. 6. A foster child suffers greatly while the system costs $75,000 per child per year. At 18, the foster child is thrown onto the streets, as a discarded after thought. Many of the homeless were once foster children. 7. The middle class has become besieged by the cost of big government and related entitlement programs. 8. We must all plan to work until the day we drop dead. Government always manages to spend all of its revenue and saves none for a rainy day. 9. The yearly cost per inmate is $30,000. How can we reduce the cost? After all, the prison doesn't rehabilitate, but rather, it promotes the very behavior that must be amended. Instead of outsourcing American jobs, how about outsourcing our inmates to China for $1000 per year as recommended by one individual? The latter is impossible since the guard union would fight hard to maintain the status quo. 10. The judicial system is frequently made up of bullies that make relatively good people into hard-core criminals. What is a public defender that bullies the very person he's supposed to represent? As with OJ Simpson, real criminals with money can outsmart an impaired judicial system. 11. All public systems, like the United States Postal Service eventually implode financially. At present the USPS is over 50 billion in debt, but the postal personnel lobby to maintain the status quo instead of allowing private competition for the delivery of first class mail. 12.
