John Jenkins - Newarke Seidge (all but the finale)
Viol Consort 'Consort Pont Paix' (Nancy, Sara, Linda and David) play John Jenkin's Newarke Seidge. Couldn't fit the whole thing into one upload (apparently 9:58 is longer than 10:00 ) so the finale's in another upload. Sorry.

John Jenkins (Original)
Here's one for those who tell me my songs are too long. This early anti-war song, written around the time of the Vietnam war is the shortest song I have ever written.
Lyrics:
John Jenkins was a murderer. He robbed the local bank. He shot a teller in the head. John Jenkins, he was hanged.
His brother was a soldier. He killed a hundred men. They gave him lots of medals And sent him out to kill again.

Explaining Jenkins' Vote in Favor of Anti-Illegal Law
Remarks by John D. Jenkins (D), Neabsco District Supervisor, moments before the Prince William County Board of County Supervisors voted to fund and implement its controversial anti-illegal immigrant resolution. Many country residents wondered why Jenkins, who did not face a difficult reelection campaign, did not vote against the resolution, as a symbollic gesture. This video shows Jenkins' explanation, with coorberation by former County Attorney Sharon Pandak. In order to bring the matter up for reconsideration, a Supervisor has to have voted with the majority.
