	EVANGELION - Instrumental Compendium [II Air, Asuka Requiem] 新世紀エヴァンゲリオン劇場版 This is a 3-part AMV compilation from The End of Evangelion of the Neon Genesis Evangelion TV series. All of the parts in this are centered around the music entirely. The first movement features Bach's baroque title, "Air on the G String," as it did in the movie, The End of Evangelion. The the epic orchestral music that plays during act two is from the Transformers soundtrack by Steve Jablonsky. The soundtrack will be released to the public on October 9, 2007. Asuka's Requiem features music by John Frizzell from the American Civil War movie, Gods and Generals (track: Let Us Cross Over the River). The anime was created by Gainax, written and directed by Hideaki Anno and co-produced by TV Tokyo and Nihon Ad Systems (NAS). It is an apocalyptic mecha action series which centers around the efforts by the paramilitary organization NERV, to fight monstrous beings called Angels, primarily using giant mecha called Evangelions which are piloted by select teenagers, one of whom is the primary protagonist.
