	ANTONIO SAURA Antonio Saura, Huesca (España), 22 de septiembre de 1930 - Cuenca (España), 22 de julio de 1998) fue un artista español, hermano del director de cine Carlos Saura y tío del productor cinematográfico Antonio Saura. Antonio Saura creció durante la Guerra Civil Española en Madrid, Valencia y Barcelona. Debido a una enfermedad pulmonar a partir de 1943 tuvo que pasar cinco años en cama. Sin educación académica, comienza su carrera artística como autodidacta, tiene una primera exposición en Zaragoza en 1950 y expone finalmente en Madrid en 1952 cuadros surrealistas. Tras su traslado a París a mitad de los años 50, se suma a los surrealistas. Tras su vuelta a España, funda junto con otros artistas el grupo El Paso. Su primera exposición en París la tuvo en 1957. El año siguiente, 1958, participa junto con Antoni Tàpies y Eduardo Chillida en la Bienal de Venecia y en 1959 es invitado a la segunda edición de Documenta en Kassel (Alemania). Durante esta época pinta cuadros abstractos muy expresivos que sin embargo todavía contienen a menudo símbolos, como por ejemplo en su Cristo Crucificado de 1959 o el ciclo Brigitte Bardot. 	Antoni Tàpies Antoni Tàpies (born in Barcelona, December 13, 1923) is a Spanish Catalan painter. He is considered a great master artist of the 20th century [citation needed]. After studying law for 3 years, he devoted himself from 1943 onwards only to his painting. He is perhaps the best-known Catalan artist to emerge in the period since the Second World War. In 1950 he held his first solo exhibition, at Galeries Laietanes, Barcelona. In the early 50s he lived in Paris, to where he has often returned. Both in Europe and beyond, the highly influential French critic and curator Michel Tapié (no relation, despite the similar name) enthusiastically promoted the work of Antoni Tàpies. In 1948, Tàpies helped co-found the first Post-War Movement in Spain known as Dau-al-Set which was connected to the Surrealist and Dadaist Movements. The main leader and founder of Dau-al-Set was the poet Joan Brossa. The movement also had a publication of the same name, Dau-al-Set. Tàpies started as a surrealist painter, his early works were influenced by Paul Klee and Joan Miró; but soon become an abstract expressionist, working in a style known as "Arte Povera", in which non artistic materials are incorporated into the paintings. In 1953 he began working in mixed media; this is considered his most original contribution to art. One of the first to create serious art in this way, he added clay and marble dust to his paint and used waste paper, string, and rags (Grey and Green Painting, Tate Gallery, London, 1957). His international reputation was well established by the end of the 50s. From the late 50's to early 60's, Tàpies worked with Enrique Tábara, Antonio Saura, Manolo Millares and many other Spanish Informalist artists. From about 1970 (influenced by Pop art) he began incorporating more substantial objects into his paintings, such as parts of furniture. Tàpies's ideas have had worldwide influence on art, especially in the realms paintings, sculpture, etchings and lithography. Examples of his work are found in numerous major international collections. 	Berlinale 2007/Biolek in der Talkrunde/EatDrink & See Movies Der Altmeister der Talkshows Alfred Biolek moderierte die wunderbare Reihe Eat, Drink & See Movies. Hintereinanderweg wurden folgende Filme gezeigt: - The Chicken, The Fish & The King Crab - Die kulinarischen Abenteuer der Sarar Wiener und last but not least - Contadini del mare, Regie Vitorio De Seta, Italien 1956 Mit von der Partie auch bei der Talkrunde waren Starköchin Sarah Wiener und ein Spanischer Koch, Antonio Saura, dessen Film gezeigt wurde, wie er unter extrem Bedienungen einen Kochwettbewerb mitmachte. Auf die Frage von Biolek, wieviele Hühner dabei geopftert wurden antwortete der von Biolelk fast ignorierten Gast mit der Zahlangabe von insgesamt 300. Ein köstliches Essen vom Starkoch Kolja Kleeberg wurde serviert: Einen Tapasteller mit gebachenen Stockfiscc Brandade sowie als Hauptspeise "Andalusicher Hund" bestehend aus Andalusischer Eintopf mit geröstetem Hühnchen, Muscheln, Kichererbsen, Spinat, Rosinen und geröstetem Brot. Eine Köstlichkeit für Freunde des guten Gaumens. Der Saal neben dem Martin Gropius Bau, voll von Feinschmeckern und leichtzuamüsierens Publikum. Biolekt, medialisch völlig aus der Form fällt die Gäste ins Wort, lässt die kaum ausreden und wie im Falle des spanischen Gästes, zu oft unbeachtet gelassen. Sarah Wiener, kämpferisch und tachelesredend, legte einen fulminanten Diskuss und Playdöer für die Etablierung von Kochkursen in Kindergärten und fügte hinzu, es müsse wieder in deutschen Familien das Essensritual wiederbelebt werden. Es sei heute nicht akzeptbel, dass in den meisten Haushalten nicht einmal ein Frühstück angeboten werde geschweige dann eine richtige Mahlzeit. Auch das Bewußtsein über den Körper sei extrem wichtig, plädierte weiter die Starköchin. Bei so viel Political Correctnes konnte Biolek (auch wenn nur zögerlich)nur noch sagen "Ja...Das ist richtig..." So richtig abnehmen konnte man ihn nicht. Sarah Wiener, aus einer Künstlerfamilie stammend und nach eigenen Angaben früher Sozialhilfeempfängerin, verschaffte sich kämpferisch einen Sprachrohr. So ist es eben bei Biolek, man musst schauen, daß man zu Wort kommt... Das Thema des Abends sollte "Stress und Freude" sein. An diesem Thema ist Altmeister Biolek elegant und ein wenig nervig vorbei gegangen. Der Höhepunkt eines Talkabends war, als Biolekt dem spanischen Koch beim Thema Junk Food fragte: "Gibt es McDonald's in Spanien?" Die Gaeste haben gelacht. Richtig witzig fand aber niemand. Ein eleganter Abend in wunderschoenen Location und koestliches Essen und gepflegte Athmosphaere. Aber mehr auch nicht. View Video
