About Earl Heedram : Born in Jamaica, but raised in Toronto, Earl "Mighty Pope" Heedram worked as an accountant until friends persuaded him to begin a career in music. He sang for 12 years and finally released a single in 1977. "Heaven on the Seventh Floor" became his only hit in Canada, spawning Mighty Pope's self-titled album debut the same year. The album "Sway" was produced by John Driscoll, and arranged by Gino Soccio.
"New Orleans" was mixed by Jim Burgess. Dennis LePage (Lime) played the polymoog in the album.
