	Iron Butterfly trailer (1970) This is a trailer of the very low budget (and rare) flick "Musical Mutiny". From www.allmovie.com: Mutiny may be on viewers' minds while sitting through this mindless musical outing that tells the tale of the mischievous ghost of a Caribbean pirate who rises from his resting place to visit his old haunts. Finding it covered by an amusement park, and seeing that Iron Butterfly is giving a concert, he decides to liven things up by opening the gates and letting screaming fans come in for free. The band members get upset because this means they won't get paid and they storm off the set forcing park officials to bring on local bands such as Grit and Fantasy to come up and play. Fortunately, a wealthy flower child offers to pay the band if they finish their concert. They accept and settle down to play their epic hit "In-a-Gadda-Da-Vida" and other popular songs. View Video

	Iron Butterfly : In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida : Part 1 Iron Butterfly was a band that was SO SO far ahead of its time it kinda hurt them in a way. On September 7, 1968, Iron Butterfly's second effort entered the charts with what was to become its signature album, "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida". The 17-minute title track of that album was one of the pioneer songs that spurned the popularity of extended jams in progressive rock. The album became a multi-million-seller and was for a number of years the biggest-selling item in Atlantic Records' catalog. The album also became the record industry's first platinum disc, selling over 4 million copies. Lead Guitarist Eric Braunn left the band the following year and was replaced with Mike Pinera, and Larry Reinhart but they just never found the long term super stardom or credit for their innovation that bands like the Doors, and Jefferson Airplane got. Again this is a 17 minute song so i had to cut it in 2 parts.
