A small remake of the famous "Ear cutting" scene from Quentin Tarantino's "Reservoir Dogs". Me and my cousin redid this scene for one of his film classes. We shot this in late Febuary in Michigan so it was freezing(only about 35 degrees) The garage we shot in had no heat, and we really dumped water on my cousin. This was difficult because it being so cold, once we got water on him we could only shoot for about 20 minutes before he started freezing.
Cast: Mr. Blonde---Me------------Original-Michael Madsen Mr. Orange---Matt---------- " -Tim Roth Cop-------------Alex---------- " -Kirk Baltz
Partial camera credits: Adam-----------Alex's brother Matt-----------Matt
Some production notes:
-Filming lasted for three days(only because of sequence and working with the water)
-I was shot from about two feet with a paintball gun to creat the gunshots
-The pistol used in the end is a Maruzen Walther P99 Gas blowback airsoft gun
-In the shot when I return with the gas can you can see the camera tripod (one of the only mistakes in the movie)
-Another is when I am shot, I'm not wearing my tie anymore.
A man must find a way to exact vengeance on those responsible for the death of his family. Along the way, he learns the true reason why his family was murdered and that it may cost him his very soul for vengeance.
