I guess I spoke too soon about Jake Gyllenhaal's medical condition — he was back on his crutches yesterday afternoon for The Los Angeles Conservations Corps Spring Luncheon at LA State Park. That didn't stop him from suiting up for the big event and seeming to smile through the pain while there to hand out scholarship money to students. Awww even injured Jake's big heart (and manjoyable grin) shine through.

While their faces have been noticeably absent from our TV sets for almost three months now, some of our favorite small screen stars hit the blue carpet for the Pepsi STUFF Launch Party in LA last night. A Milo-less Hayden Panettiere did her best Ashlee Simpson impression with her smoky eyes and long curls, while Jaime Pressly kept it casual with her fiancé Eric Cubiche, dishing about why she's perfectly fine with being unmarried for the time being. Jeremy Piven just looked happy to be out on the party scene, and we bet he's gearing up for the SAG Awards this weekend. Both he and his Entourage were nominated, and after his Golden Globe victory we wouldn't be surprised if he's already got that acceptance speech all prepared.

Last night some amazingly talented men came out to the premiere of Sweeney Todd...and then there was Wilmer Valderrama. Don't get me wrong - he's actually a successful entrepreneur in Hollywood. My personal favorite is Handy Manny (no really, Katie loves it). Yet, obviously he is a bit out of place when paired next to the talented a-listers like Johnny Depp and Steven Spielberg. One thing he has in common with these men tonight - the fancy facial hair. Seriously, what's up with all the hairy men? Somehow we left off Johnny and Tim from our favorite BFF poll, but these two are certainly the most creative of the bunch. We can't wait to see their latest imaginative world they created in Sweeney Todd.

Nothing brings out celebrities quite like the lure of a fancy new gadget and last night's launch party for the T-Mobile Sidekick LX was no exception. Nick Cannon was amongst the first in line for the party, which featured the stylings of Steve Aoki and DJ AM along with a performance by Kanye West. Seriously, is there anywhere he won't show up? What's next, his dentist's kid's Bar Mitzvah? Also on the pinkish carpet was Carmen Electra sporting those bangs that are so hot right now (just ask Ty-Ty). Bella wants to know — are you loving or hating Carmen's bangs? Fresh off her audition for the Justice League movie, the gorgeous Minka Kelly from Friday Night Lights flashed a smile while her maybe boyfriend John Mayer celebrated 30 in NYC. Fun times.

Jaime Pressly's line of knitwear, J'aime, is two years old but last night she debuted her newly expanded contemporary collection at LA Fashion Week. The runway show and party, which benefited St. Jude, was clearly a proud moment for the actress who was beaming all night long. Her My Name Is Earl costar Jason Lee was out to support his friend as was Nicky Hilton (who also had a show at LAFW over the weekend) and her boyfriend David Katzenberg. Three's Company: Wilmer, Nick and Nicky A new restaurant called "The Company" is moving into the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas. While I can't tell you who's going to be at the executive chef helm, I can tell you who's behind the idea: Wilmer Valderrama, Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton.

America Ferrera and Anna Ortiz were all smiles on the red carpet at the 22nd Annual Imagen Awards this weekend at the Disney Concert Hall. The ladies were surrounded by many other stars including Eva La Rue, Wilmer Valderrama and Desperate Housewives' Ricardo Antonio Chavira. The award show recognizes excellence in Latino entertainment. Ugly Betty took home the prize for best primetime TV program while its stars, America & Anna took home best TV actress and supporting TV actress. Could this be a preview for what's to come at the Primetime Emmy Awards?

Mandy Moore and her ex, Wilmer Valderrama are both in Miami to celebrate NYE and word is these two are getting back together. The picture below is old but still not from when they were together. It's like you can tell they've always had something there. Star reported this on Friday by saying:

The pair, who split in the winter of 2001 after dating for 18 months, were spotted looking very much like a couple in heat, at Miami's Prive nightclub on Thursday night. "Wilmer and Mandy arrived together," a source tells Star, "but they were careful not to be photographed together. Nonetheless, Wilmer was doting on Mandy the whole time, and they were very close to each other the whole night. She was dressed casually with her hair in a ponytail and hoodie sweatshirt."

And today Page Six is reporting the same story about the new, old couple. We know Wilmer told Stern how he deflowered Mandy and he even said he would marry her. Mandy is by far one of our favorites (along with cute Bilson in the post below) so she's another one we just hope finds what she is looking for in 2007. If Wilmer is that person then so be it but I think she could probably do better.

Anne looks like a princess all dressed up in a pretty little black dress. Dreamgirl's Jennifer Hudson and Jessica Biel also look simply fabulous. The ladies love Channing so enjoy these cute pics. As for Jared Leto, well we still miss the old hot Jared. We get that he wants to be a rocker, but just wish he would at least wipe that makeup off his face.
