The duo made it official Saturday at a private ceremony at their home in Malibu, according to People magazine.
"It was wonderful to have shared our big day with our family--Roma, myself, our children and our parents," Burnett told the magazine. "It was so meaningful and so intimate."

The reality TV guru behind "Survivor" and "The Apprentice" is being sued by an unknown writer-director who claims Burnett ripped off the idea for the CBS franchise that launched in 2005 with "Rock Star: INXS" and continued with last summer's "Rock Star: Supernova."
Sharlene Sullivan says in her lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week, that she dreamed up an idea in 2002 "wherein lead vocalists for rock bands would compete and would be judged by well-known musicians/rock stars."
Burnett's rep, Mary Beth O'Toole at the Dowd Agency, declined to comment on the allegations.

Get ready for "Survivor: Aisle Edition."
Emmy-winning producer Mark Burnett got engaged to former "Touched by an Angel" star Roma Downey over the holiday weekend, Celebrity Week reported Sunday.
The U.K.-bred couple spent their Thanksgiving vacation in the beachside Mexican town of Zihuatanejo (also the retreat of choice for prison pals Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman in "The Shawshank Redemption," FYI), where Burnett got down on one knee to pop the question.
"I have found my angel," the "Survivor" creator told People magazine.
The British Burnett and Downey, who's from Northern Ireland, had been neighbors in Malibu for years before making a love connection in January 2004.
"I think we were both deliciously ignorant of each other, and so, when we met, we didn't bring any preconceived notions of who the other person was," Downey told People in June of that year. "The attraction was very real."

For everyone who thought CBS couldn't have chosen a worse name for their reality-competition all-star band than Supernova, think again.
The network and show producer Mark Burnett have agreed to change the name of their Tommy Lee-led headbanging outfit as part of a deal with the Southern California punk band Supernova to settle the latter's lawsuit accusing the TV contest of name-jacking.
Lest anyone confuse the regional rockers with the newly formed supergroup, the deal allows the original band to keep its spaced-out moniker, while the made-for-TV band will henceforth be known as Rock Star Supernova.
