After lunch together on Monday, Paris and Nicole went their separate ways, Hilton on a date with her model while Nicole spent the afternoon with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush talking pregnancy. In some ways, it's not a whole lot different from her famous Diane Sawyer, "Yes, I am. We are" interview, only Nicole's a whole lot bigger and closer to that due date next month. Contrary to the boy rumors, she insists that (despite curiosity) she doesn't know the sex of the baby. She also talks about what food she misses the most and whether she thinks hers and Joel's tattoos will make their little one want to get inked up ASAP. Still, a bit odd to hear her sounding like a parent...but I'm going with it. Hey, she seems super happy.

Patrick suited up in his favorite spandex/helmet ensemble to do some biking over the weekend. We've been missing our McDreamy fix while Grey's is taking a break, but we're happy to report that Patrick is going to start helping save lives off screen, too. In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, he talks about his mother's difficult struggle with cancer and how it prompted him to team up with the support group "Breakaway from Cancer" to raise money to help those living with the disease. Here's more:
"Every thirty seconds someone is diagnosed with cancer," Dempsey recently told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush. "Every 30 seconds so that's scary. Tragically I think everyone [could] be touched by cancer at one point or another in their life."
"I can help because of the visibility that the show gives me that you can get an interview that maybe somebody else could not get so that you can get the word out there," he told Billy. "And, I think it's important to give back. Celebrity is ridiculous to begin with and I think you need to turn that into a positive and get away from the trappings of the other side of things."
We love that Patrick is using his celebrity status to help others instead of letting it go to his head. He obviously deserves his McDreamy status in real life, too.

Courteney premiered her latest project Dirt at the Paramount Theatre In LA this weekend. She was not only supported on the red carpet by her husband David, but by her newly single BFF Jennifer as well. We've been excited about Dirt ever since we first heard the topic (tabloid editor) and star (Ms Cox) so we have high expectations. As for the non-stop Friends reunion rumors, well, Courteney spoke a bit about it with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush. Here's more:
"Jennifer [Aniston] and I talk about it because we love each other and we hang out all the time. Why not do it? Will it happen? It's a lot of different people to get into the room, its a whole big thing, so the chances of it happening is so slim. But would Jennifer and I? Sure, we'll eat some turkey together."
Sounds promising…but don't set your Tivo just yet.
"We are not doing it. Don't print we are doing it." Courteney warned Billy.
"It sounds to me its an option," Billy replied. "I'm not saying you're doing it. You're saying that "we might".
"No," Courteney clarified, "I said ‘we would'. I didn't say ‘might'."
But how big is the difference between "might" and "would" really? Bigger than you'd think.
"There is a big difference! ‘Might' means ‘possibly' and ‘would' means ‘would'. There is no ‘could'."
