Patrick Dempsey held a Portland magazine with himself on the cover as he left lunch in LA yesterday. While he was checking out his feature article, last night on Grey's, his character Derek was dealing with serious stress and difficult decisions. Offscreen, he seems happy to stick with the show, but his colleagues are a different story. The show's creator, Shonda Rimes, tried to clear up the rumors that Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight are leaving Seattle Grace, but even so it's always something with this cast.

Patrick Dempsey looked polished despite his scruffy cheeks as he drove around in his vintage Jaguar and shopped at Barneys in LA yesterday. His great hair is one of the many things that add to his charm, but he recently told InStyle that looking put together isn't easy. He said, "My hair is a complete nightmare to deal with. The gray is coming in now, and I’m looking forward to that. I’m going to try and age gracefully and not be neurotic about it." The aging process has been kind to Patrick so far, but he's also got his toys and wardrobe to keep him looking young.

Patrick Dempsey perfectly matched his scarf to his sweater on his way into a meeting in LA on Friday morning. Things got a little — ok a lot — crazy at Seattle Grace this week but at least Meredith and Derek are staying more stable this season. Whether or not Grey's is going downhill, Patrick is always perfectly put together eye candy. Patrick Dempsey went from track suit to spandex suit to take his bike for a spin around the neighborhood on Friday. Seeing him riding around isn't anything out of the ordinary, but things definitely got shaken up for McDreamy on Thursday's episode of Grey's Anatomy. It seems that things will only get crazier at Seattle Grace thanks to new additions to the cast and the interns' ridiculous secret project. Most of you feel like Grey's is going downhill, but hopefully Dr. Shepherd can stay as level headed on-screen as Patrick does in real life.

There's a lot going on in Grey's Anatomy tonight, including a few new doctors joining the cast following Dr. Hahn's departure. Even Dr. Shephard's ex-wife Addison will be returning to Seattle Grace in a few months. We'll still have to wait and see if Isaiah Washington will get a second chance, but in the meantime sounds like there's excitement coming our way from some of our favorite TV doctors — even if you wouldn't want them to treat you.

Last night the stars got cultured at the Whitney Museum American Art Gala in NYC. A beautiful Christina Ricci and Emma Roberts stayed on trend in their dark and stormy dresses while Nick and Mariah were red carpet ready as usual. Becki Newton lightened things up a little in her busy pattern, but from the color palette across the board the darker months have hit Manhattan. Donatella Versace helped throw the party and had some man candy on her arm, the face of her line Patrick Dempsey, for the night. The theme of this year's gala was "Whitney — Past, Present and Future" but seeing the star studded red carpet the art wasn't the only exciting sight last night.

Patrick Dempsey took his daughter Tallulah for a run to the grocery store on Sunday in LA. Seeing Patrick is always such a manjoyable treat, it's no surprise he helped the Grey's Anatomy season premiere score big ratings. There's no new episode this week due to the Vice Presidential debate but we can get our McDreamy fix by watching Patrick play family man in real life.

After the highs and lows of the Emmys show the party really got started. For many, the first stop was the Governor's Ball like Heidi in yet another gown before the other bashes. Some were off to the ET/People bash while others went to hear Samantha Ronson spin at Kress nightclub for the TV Guide soiree. Lindsay Lohan came along for the ride and acted as a pillow for Samantha after a long weekend of gigs. Best Dressed candidate Hayden kept posing pretty before tonight's big Heroes return. The Mad Men folks had a lot to celebrate making history with their Best Drama Series win. In the press room the cast were clearly loving every second of it taking photos of each other on their iPhones, Jon Hamm pretending to light a cigarette as an homage to the Don Draper inside him while January Jones talked about how the first season Betty was "imploding" and this season she's "exploding" — and it looks like they all exploded a bit partying the night away with the rest of the television stars.

The men left all the color to the ladies on the red carpet at the Emmys last night, keeping it tame in their dapper suits and tuxes. True to form, the Entourage boys walked and posed together, while Jeremy Piven and John Krasinski held their own with their hands in their pockets. Diddy hammed it up as usual, and Patrick Dempsey, Jon Hamm, and Neil Patrick Harris added just a little more dreaminess to the equation. Mark Wahlberg took a break from his newborn baby boy to hit the red carpet. While most of them played it safe this time around, bonus points all around to the guys for successfully putting their handsome selves together.

Patrick Dempsey looked all business picking up coffee and lunch in LA yesterday. While my hopes aren't too high for Made of Honor's second weekend in the theaters, at least things look like they're about to get interesting again on Grey's Anatomy. Last night's episode was a great blend of light-hearted and tear-jerker-y as we gear up for the finale ... already. I'm sure they'll still find a way to have us on the edge of our seats with the Derek and Meredith drama.

Patrick Dempsey got his weekend started early with one of his favorite hobbies, racecar driving. He headed down to the Homestead Speedway in Miami in his full driving gear where he hung out in the stands and behind the wheel during a practice session for the Indy 300. Obviously this man still has the need for speed, and we give him extra manjoyment credit for finding a way to making a purple suit look sexy.
