Men of all ages wore basic black and white last night at the Oscars. The biggest decision was bowtie or long tie, unless we're talking about Mickey Rourke who stood out in his bright white suit, proving once again he is doing things his way. Brad added more facial hair, upgrading his mustache to full-on goatee. Robert Downey Jr. was clean-shaven and looking adorably young.

The younger crowd mixed up their hairstyles where Zac slicked his back while Robert Pattinson went spiky. They both kept a straight face while James Franco and Dev Patel were all smiles. Many of these men had their beautiful girlfriends or wives by their side, which could explain some of their big grins. The ladies may steal the show year after year, but the Oscars wouldn't be the same without a little manjoyment out on the red carpet.

Leonardo DiCaprio sat with Lukas Haas to watch the Lakers defeat the Kings on Friday night. Leo has a lot to smile about this week with Revolutionary Road scoring four Golden Globe nominations including a Best Actor nod for Leo, which he celebrated by calling fellow nominee and good friend, Kevin Connolly. He recently sat down with Kate Winslet for an adorable interview with Entertainment Weekly and talked about their post-Titanic life, Academy awards and reuniting over a decade later. Here are some highlights:

• On young stars like Robert Pattinson and Zac Efron gaining Hollywood fame so quickly: "That's the interesting thing about being an actor. You are also a public figure. Early on I made it my policy that a certain amount of publicity is good — you promote your job, you do your movie, you retain your private life, you don't divulge everything about yourself. And when I see younger actors getting a tremendous amount of publicity, I say to myself, Well, they've been given an unbelievable opportunity, and I hope they know within themselves that all that really matters at the end of the day is the work. All this noise and attention will absolutely deteriorate and there will be a new, fresh piece of meat for the media to focus on within less than a year's time. So what they should do at this moment is work their [butts] off to prove to the public and prove to themselves that they can absolutely have a long-term career."

Leonardo DiCaprio and Zac Efron must have really hit it off at last week's GQ Men of the Year party, because they were reunited on Friday night at the Lakers game. Zac looked pretty happy to be a party of Leo's entourage, which is a great first step in his plan to be like Leo. Nicky Hilton was also there with her boyfriend David Katzenberg, hopefully avoiding any potentially awkward moments with her ex Kevin Connolly. David Beckham skipped this game in favor of the Ricky Hatton fight in Las Vegas, but there was still more than enough eye candy courtside to keep things interesting.

Two out of GQ's four cover boy Men of the Year came out to celebrate at the Chateau Marmont in LA last night. John Hamm and Leonardo DiCaprio both lived up to their steamy covers while Michael Phelps and Barack Obama (surprise) couldn't make it to the red carpet. Obsession of the year Megan Fox looked hot in pink and kept her boyfriend Brian Austin Green close for photos. Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel still don't want to define their relationship, but things seem very on again for this duo. January Jones looked glamorous as ever posing without her on screen Mad Men husband Don Draper, but if the second season of the show taught us anything it's that Betty is just fine by herself. The party may have been about the men of the year, but the women held their own before heading in for a night of fun.

Leonardo DiCaprio posed for another Body of Lies premiere, this time in London earlier today. The actor has been promoting the movie around Europe the past few days and now that the election is over Obama supporting Leo has even more to smile about. In a recent interview the actor opened up about marriage and being a teenage heartthrob. Here's more:

• On marriage: "I get asked [if I'm ready to get married] all the time and yeah, it kind of makes me think I should grow up a bit really. I believe in marriage and all that for sure, but have I met the right person yet? Well, I will let you know when it happens."
• On being a sex symbol: "I look at young Zac Efron and think 'Go get it pal, leave me in peace.' I was never happy with the teen idol tag at all — never wanted to be a sex symbol or all that stuff — it was the work that appealed to me. Really nothing else. [But I have] total respect for how young stars like Zac handle it all. Really total respect."

While we wouldn't say Leo's days of being a sex symbol are over, the actor continues to make it clear that he wants to be taken seriously for his talent and not for his looks — however handsome they may be.
