An actor has filed a lawsuit against Jackass ringleader Johnny Knoxville, TV talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, and radio personality, Adam Corolla, claiming the threesome failed to pay him millions of dollars for participating in a rather cringe-worthy stunt that ended up harming his genitals.
The suit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleged Perry Caravello suffered immense pain last September after agreeing to place his member in a mousetrap during an appearance on Carolla's radio show to plug the TV movie, "Windy City Heat," and had to be hospitalized as a result.
"Caravello was promised by Johnny Knoxville that he would be paid $10 million if he placed his penis in a mousetrap," stated court documents. "He agreed to do so and, much to his emotional and physical harm, was severely injured when the trap literally went on his manhood."
Perry Caravello says he endured painful injuries during the stunt last September (06) and has yet to receive the $10 million (£5 million) Knoxville, talk show host Jimmy Kimmel and radio star Adam Corolla allegedly promised him for taking part.

Some of Hollywood's funniest actors teamed up with ice skating's finest for the LA premiere of Blades of Glory. The movie, which stars Will Ferrell and Jon Heder as professional ice skaters, looks hilarious -- check out the full review here. Based on Will's past success, this movie has huge box office potential, but he doesn't strike us as someone who lets fame get to his head. He recently talked to AP about how lucky he feels to be so well received in a career that he truly loves. Here's more
Ferrell: There's definitely a pocket of people who, for whatever reasons, their voices are being listened to at this moment in time and have enough juice to get things made and have this sensibility that seems to be working for audiences. ... It's funny how lucky comedy is. Sometimes an idea will hit you that you find obviously funny and you think, "That could be commercially successful." Aside from those few moments, you're usually just going with something you think is funny and it's just luck that more people than you think it's funny as well.
AP: It sounds like you feel it's fleeting.
Ferrell: I do. I don't know if it's just that thing in me that always feels like, "Ah, I can't believe I still get to do this." It feels like you do for better or worse have a shelf-life.
We certainly think that Will will be around for a while. Not only is he incredibly funny, but he seems really sweet, too. Heck, we're even excited to see him in spandex...kind of.
