A mystery man wearing a fedora and chatting on his cell phone joins the gang assumingly as Jennifer's New Year's date. Last year the Friends all celebrated in Cabo. Could they be carrying on the tradition again this year? And if so, who is this guy? Rumors were swirling that Aniston was practically living with Jason Lewis and this week she is battling pregnancy rumors all of which we have stayed away from since, well, consider the source. That said, while these crappy pictures may not tell us much, it does make us curious.

Matthew McConaughey cleaned up real nice (just like a good spokesmodel should) for the launch of Dolce & Gabbana's new fragrance at the Gramercy Park hotel in NYC last night. It certainly didn't hurt that he had his gorgeous girlfriend Camila Alves on his arm. Also out to celebrate the scent were starlets like Anne Hathaway and a stylish Mischa Barton (where has she been?). Kate Hudson was also in the house to support her Fool's Gold costar's new modeling deal, but rather bring out another new coat for the event she repeated the white fur number to go with her gray ankle booties. All it takes is a shower, a shave, and a fancy suit to remind me how hot MM can be (sigh, A Time To Kill), but has his grungy beach running/general dirtiness ruined him forever for you?

Keira Knightley was stone faced at the New York premiere of Atonement last night. Otherwise, she looks pretty perfect, but I wish she didn't seem so miserable (eh, not that she cares what anyone thinks). By her side was her similarly somber costar James McAvoy. Lighten up a little guys, you're celebrating your own movie! Masi Oka was also in the house, filling the requirement that there be at least one cast member from Heroes at every single party or event ever. Meanwhile, what happened to Jason Lewis? He was Absolut Hunk, and now he just looks kinda greasy. Hopefully he'll be back to being sweet and dreamy when he reprises the role of Smith Jarrod in the Sex and the City movie.

All sorts of random celebrities came out on Thursday night for the La Dolce Vita Benefit for the Sarah Ferguson Foundation at Cipriani in NYC. The original Fergie happily posed on the red carpet with an equally excited Brandy and Natasha Bedingfield. LL Cool J asserted his status as number one. Meanwhile, what happened to Jason Lewis' hotness? Where did it go? Hopefully it'll be back in full Absolut Hunk mode in the Sex and the City movie. I wonder if Natasha sang the song that will forever be The Hills theme song in my mind? Fun times.

Sarah Jessica Parker and James Wilke got all decked out for the Serge Normant Salon opening in NYC yesterday. James is too cute for words in his extra-long tie, and SJP is definitely channeling a bit of Carrie Bradshaw in her fabulous pink pumps.
