A very happy Jennifer Aniston was on Oprah today to catch up and talk about everything that has been rehashed this week — the Vogue interview, how Brad's doing these days, and her Angelina quotes. Jennifer admitted that she thinks the cover doesn't do the interview justice (we agree) and when asked whether she's dating John Mayer she answered "yes." She also denied pregnancy rumors and chatted with her costar Owen Wilson via satellite. The best part, other than Norman, might be her talking the election night cake that John blogged about earlier this week. Here's highlights:

• On the election: "I'm so happy to be in Chicago. The energy coming here, you can feel [it]. It's just amazing. . . We knew it was getting closer and closer, and then it was that realization of 'Oh my God, this is such a historical moment. [The Obama cake] is not like it's my grandmother's ancient recipe from the old country—it's definitely a Duncan Hines. Don't mess with perfection."
• On the Vogue cover: "The content [of the story] does not reflect the cover," she says. "[Jonathan] asked me a question, and I basically just answered it as honestly as I could."
• On Marley & Me: "For the first time I'm not the girl wanting the guy. It was a portrait of a marriage, and it was just an important experience for me. I really loved every minute of it."The character Jennifer portrays represents many real women, she says. "You get to that place in your life and you realize, 'I have to make a choice,' because either your work is suffering or your children and your family are suffering," she says. "It's not just a happy dog movie. It really does touch on some life issues that are not necessarily fun."
• On her dog Norman: "I think Norman, having now been on Oprah and being in Vogue magazine, I think I'm cutting him off."

John Mayer sported a saucy sheer shirt going through security at LAX yesterday. Wherever his destination, it's been a landmark week for John because he just landed his own primetime variety show and by proxy considering how much Jennifer Aniston opened up to the press in her gorgeous Vogue spread and article. Yesterday she stopped by Oprah, the episode airs today and apparently along with having some very nice things to say about Brad, she talked even more about John. According to an audience member she seemed especially happy about her relationship though it may not change your perceptions of Jen and John. If John is on his way to meet up with Jennifer, hopefully they find somewhere cozy to cuddle up, watch her appearance on 30 Rock tonight and toast to a great week.

John Mayer went to the gym in LA again yesterday while everyone was abuzz with quotes from Jennifer's Vogue interview. While most of you weren't excited when they got back together, Jen gave us a whole new perspective her relationship with John. It sounds like he's grown up, and while they might not always make the most sense together, that's just how love works. John Mayer stopped by his personal trainer yesterday looking a little sullen, but he wants to make sure you don't read too much into that. John returned to his blog yesterday to write about people's changed perception of him and how although it isn't as easy for him to slip out of the spotlight during his down time, he's still the same guy and happier than ever. He wrote, "I am not darker, angrier or moodier these days. In fact, it's just the opposite. All that's happened is that I've given up on trying to find a way to use unwanted media as a form of entertainment. (It still was worth a try.)" The entry is long but sarcastic and sincere as ever and maybe Jennifer Aniston has something to do with this great mood he's in.

BlackBerry has had quite the celebrity-filled week, launching Storm with John Mayer on Wednesday followed by its Bold launch party in LA on Thursday night. Kate Bosworth glowed in her simple and neutral-toned outfit, while Mario Lopez and Eva Longoria laughed and chatted together. Hayden Panettiere took a break from saving the whales to show off her new tattoo and posed with ex-boyfriend Stephen Colletti inside the party. Molly Sims and Rachel Zoe matched with their long wavy blond hair, and all of the stars looked like they had a blast on Halloween eve.

John Mayer had a gadget in hand at last night's BlackBerry Storm launch party in LA. While he loves to show off his newest toys, he also recently blogged for the Huffington Post about politics. John wrote passionately about Sept. 11, how it affected his generation, and why he supports Barack Obama. Here's an excerpt:

"I believe the definition of the 'hope' that Barack Obama enthuses operates on the unspoken thesis that there has to be a polar opposite to the despair of 9/11. Because if we accept that there's not, the will to live becomes forever altered. To adults who will vote for him, Barack Obama represents a return to prosperity. To the youth, he represents an introduction to it."

While John was out celebrating the hottest new BlackBerry, Barack Obama had a big night on television. There are just a few days until the election, so maybe we'll see the singer heading to the polls with also politically active Jennifer Aniston.

While John Mayer was out lusting over the BlackBerry Storm, Jennifer Aniston enjoyed dinner out in LA last night. She looked refreshed after her recent spa trip with John and even had a smile on her face as she headed to her car. While most of us are jealous just to see that it's warm enough for her to wear a tank top at night, we're also wondering if John was able to snag one of the hot new gadgets for his fellow BlackBerry loving lady.

Jennifer Aniston wore a sleek gray suit for a photo shoot at Smashbox Studios yesterday in LA. The actress is back to work after spending a romantic weekend with John Mayer in Arizona. Jen has been a fan of the mountain resort and spa, and it looks like she wanted to share it with John since we know they love their vacations together and this destination would allow them their privacy. We've been lucky enough to still see the couple out on dates, but they've been pretty successful at keeping their rekindled relationship out of the limelight.

John Mayer continued to maintain those bulging biceps with a trip to the trainer in LA yesterday. He might not have much to say these days now that he's being more private for Jen, but we'll get to hear from John and his guitar in a few weeks. He's set to perform as part of “The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown To Music’s Biggest Night” on December 3. John will be joining Celine Dion, Foo Fighters, Taylor Swift, and B.B. King for the one hour special, but we're most excited to see whether or not Jen will be there to cheer him on from the audience.
