Sometimes less is more, but this time Moore allegedly had too much.
"Criminal Minds" star and erstwhile calendar pinup Shemar Moore was arrested early Friday on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Moore was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol just after 1 a.m. after cops clocked the former soap star exceeding the 65 mph speed limit.
According to the incident report, officers witnessed Moore showing signs of "alcohol impairment" after pulling him over. By 1:30 a.m., the actor had been arrested and taken to the West Los Angeles police station, where he was given a breath test and formally booked just after 3 a.m.
After spending just a few hours in custody, and posting the requisite $5,000 bail, the 37-year-old actor was released. He is due in court June 26.
